Booking Information Thank you for considering Larry Thompson for your event. Please read through the following information as you are making your arrangements. If you have any questions or wish to clarify the details listed below, please contact Larry Thompson directly. FEES - The fees will be paid in two installments. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due no later than 90 days prior to the event. This will guarantee Larry Thompson's availability on the date(s) you have requested. The balance will be paid to Larry Thompson in person at the event. There are several factors that determine Fees. If you are seriously considering to have Larry at your function, please fill out the booking information form. TRAVEL EXPENSES - Travel expenses, meals and hotel accommodations are paid in addition to the speaking fees. If there are expenses which are not paid directly by your organization, Larry Thompson will send you receipts for reimbursement at the earliest convenience. AIR TRAVEL - unless otherwise negotiated, the host organization will pay for round trip, coach airfare from San Antonio, TX to your destination. Larry Thompson will book his own flights and send you a copy of the itinerary and invoice, unless other arrangements have been made with the host organization. Please reimburse the cost of the flight upon receipt of the invoice. Larry Thompson will not pay for his ticket until the 50% speaking fee deposit is received. (Please be prompt; a delay may mean an increase in airfare!) ACCOMODATIONS - In order for Larry Thompson to be well prepared for you event, pIease arrange for a comfortable and separate lodging facility for him to sleep, if he will be staying overnight. In the case of a retreat, this means a separate room or building from the rest of the group. Please guarantee the room for late arrival. TAPING - Please do not make any audio or video tapes of Larry Thompson's presentation without first receiving express written consent. Special Discounts! I will discount my regular fee 30% if the program is within a two hour drive of San Antonio, TX. The reason? San Antonio is my home base - and, besides, Texans don't mind a drive!
